Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending March 21 as follows: Liberty Ann Norgart of Grand Junction, harassment- third degree; Jason William Sheldahl of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; Travis Michael Heinz of Jefferson, violation of protective order and harassment- third degree, and in a separate case, domestic abuse assault, disorderly conduct- loud, raucous noise, interference with official acts, and criminal mischief- fifth degree.
